INTRODUCTION

PDZ Holdings Bhd is a public listed company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange Main Board on 1996.

The principal activity of the Company is that of an investment holding company, while those of the subsidiary companies are engaged in the ownership and operation of sea-going vessels, shipping agency and ship management activities.

The Group through its main operating company Perkapalan Dai Zhun Sdn Bhd, was founded in 1989 in Kuching. Over the years, the Group's fleet of vessels increased from one (1) at the outset to eight(8) presently as our shipping operations expanded to cover not only Sarawak but also Sabah, Brunei and Singapore. Today, we provide a comprehensive service to all ports in Peninsular and East Malaysia.
